I watched this recovery story for the second time. As I watched a bunch of recovery stories, I was recently wondering which story it was, - I remembered a quote about doing yoga as a part of recovery. It's this one! Thanks for this, right after watching it the first time I started my daily yoga practice, and this time I am approaching it in a different way, with another mindset. I work with the reactions of my body by using the calming and stop technique when they come up. And I keep going. I keep progressing.

12:19 15 minutes EFT 10 minutes meditation 10 minutes self hypnosis Twice a day 17:38 in a book about 50 people who got better from CFS only one didn't do something like yoga and meditation - something that essentially helped them on that side of things as well. By calming my system quite quickly I was able to do a lot more. 32:45 From going to the clinic to not having chronic fatigue was about a year and a half, with lots of bumps along the way.

Thanks for those timestamps. Very interesting point about yoga/meditation. What is EFT?

he says his heart starts going.. could have been pots and not anxiety... I remember standing in the line to check out my groceries or eating alot of food and having my heart race and thinking to myself. why am I anxious for no reason? turns out these were warning symptoms of pots..... which came on non stop after an infection.. interestingly infections can cause mmps to eat away at connective tissue, which is not only on joints and organs but also on neurons and capillaries.... hence... autonomic dysfunction, chronic pain, and a whole host of other symptoms..... I do agree however that a healthy diet and supplements based upon the individual as well as calming down and pacing can definitely help one to see improvement in most cases.. of course there is a whole line of studying that has to do with anxiety and neurons as well.. .. put the 2 subjects together and it's quite interesting.

Almost all CFS patients have orthostatic intolerance. This is a symptom of a nervous system disregulation. I think it was indeed not just a mental anxiety but a orthostatic intolerance anxiety. Myself, I don't have POTS, just general OI. I closely monitor my heart rate and do the techniques and physical training, and I really wonder when my OI will start to steadily improve.
