OC: Increasing aftermarket support for the 450SS has it clearly eying the beginner bike throne and will leave you questioning if you really need a bike will more power.

Honestly, CFMoto got a whole ton of things right with this bike. Can't wait for you to get the Ibex 450. As much as I love the SS, my brain tells me the Adv version will be the most practical and then it sounds like this so, no brainer for me if that bike does well too.

As someone with a 21' Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory, this thing actually sounds pretty good surprisingly 😅

OC - It's shocking how much the tone, volume, and character of the bike all changed with such a simple alteration. Those parallel twin engines with a 270° crankshaft have so much potential when the stock pipe is replaced.

OC: Yoshi does such a grest job with their exhausts. The bike sounds SO good! Also thanks for the shout out with the keytags 🤙🏼

Not the sound of a v4 but near a small capacity v2. 😊 CF-moto really seems to have a gem for those who is looking to start riding motorcycles.

Arrow exhaust on the new Aprilia 457 would also sound great. 270 degree crank makes all the difference.

Dude, I have one, almost finished breaking it in. I just have to say amazing first bike, great price point and really does offer more than a ninja. Plus parts arent hard to get a hold of through my dealership, and everything for these bikes just gets easier to access.

What is nice is that the ECU is readable and programmable without having to go aftermarket so can you imagine what a cat delete full Yosh system would do for livening that little mill up? I am not so snobby as to discredit wanting one just to build up as a toy for commuting to and from work on and the occasional hooligan ride. Thanks for sharing and I hope Yoshi comes out with a full header back system that will allow that engine to be uncorked even more, because stock it puts out 46hp at the rear wheel if we could squeak say 60 to 65 out of it that little rascal would be insane.

OC, i just installed an ixil slip on for my 450ss that i ordered from the US website. It only comes in black but it looks great on the black bike & yes it sounds great also. $370.97 delivered to my door in 4 days. Had this brand on my KTM 390 duke, never had a problem.

In a rough estimate, how much louder would you say it is? I have sensitive hearing and AM stuff on the bikes I have had thus far have made the rides pretty uncomfortable even with ear pro. I have been looking very closely at the NK for my next bike and would like to keep the stock exhaust, but those gains may be worth it.

The ‘stache is coming in pretty decently. Keep at it and it might be a great ‘stache 😅

Ixil and Leovince also have slip on kits for the 450SS. They are quite a bit cheaper ($370 and $270 respectively if you buy direct from the manufacturer) but the Yoshimura does have a much more refined exhaust note, at least based on this video. I've got the Ixil one on mine and I like the way it looks and sounds, personally, but it's not going to be for everyone. In any case, more aftermarket options can only possibly be a good thing, at least on our end.

This video series has really swayed me from getting a ninja 400 and getting a CF Moto 450 SS

My friend, how many liters of oil do you add along with the filter change when you do the engine oil maintenance? Have you had an oil cooler explosion problem?

OC Sounds identical to my IXIL slip-on! Mine pops a bit more on decel but otherwise identical! They really don't sound like 450s!

I have the NK, it sounds pretty dang good stock but I gotta be honest, I'm tempted with this slip on, even if a little pricey. I had the RS-12 on my Honda AT1100, looked fantastic and sounded awesome (it's also a 270 degree p-twin)

OC, I put a IXIL exhaust on my 450ss. $370 for an exhaust that doesn't sound cheap, very aggressive, and sounds closer to an R1 than a yoshi exhaust. I plan on posting a review on the exhaust/bike when the weather warms up

People forget loud pipes only sound cool to you. Most people won't hear you coming as sound travels rearward while traveling, and not forward.
