Hi, very good video. I am trying to set up a similar example, and I struggle to understand what i should set as my wall condition (Adiabatic, Heat Transfer Rate or Heat Transfer Coefficiency) I noticed that you set 30 W/m^2K as you Heat Transfer Coefficiency. Can you please explaing if this value is based on reality, or just a value to demonstrate SolidWorks simulation Heat Transfer. - I found that normally heat exchanger heat transfer coefficincy value is between 150 - 1200 W/M2K. Also. can you explain what the "Exclude Cavities without conditions" do for the heat transfer simulation you are running. Any assistance to this is much appreciated. In advance, thank you!

The value is from field data

@@EngineerKoniago Thanks for the reply. When you say its form field data, does that mean that i need to calculate my Heat Transfer Coefficiency in advance? I saw many people doing a similar heat exchanger video using Adiabatic wall. Am i correct to assume that using adiabatic wall will give false heat transfer values as it assumes that the wall does not transfer any heat?

Very good video. One question tho, perhaps im just missing something. Did you set any values for the temperature (since you had 180 degC for hot inlet)? - I am working on a very similar simulation where I want to set the inlet temperature for the Hot and Cold side, as this is known values.
