Hello, If i want to give my exam in feb 2022 and if in december or november i get to know that my application for scholarship is rejected, then to register for the month of feb do i have to pay the standard fees or the early registration fees?

If you do not qualify for scholarship you pay a comparatively higher fee amount for registering yourself for the exam. In case you plan to pay for the registration fee at the fore set, you indirectly declare that you can afford the fee, so, you do not get the scholarship anyway.

No for every level we have to apply there is no guarantee

250$ for level 1, then you have to apply again for level 2 no guarantee it will get accepted second time

I'm planning to take my level 1 exam in Feb 22 so if I apply for the scholarship right now and in case I don't receive the scholarship do I have to pay the regular fees ($1000 + $450) or the early bird fees ($700 + $450)?

By the time scholarship result is announced the slot to book February exam will not be available so for February 2022 there is no scholarship per se.

No you cannot until you have cleared level 1 you cannot do in advance or it may get rejected and in future also they keep the record so may not be a good idea

@@ananya8776 I have applied and been awarded so., and if you want you can call them or drop a mail once for clarification up and see there response on the same incase they have changed now , that would be a more fullproof solution!

You can apply for level 2 scholarship once you have passed level 1
