🙂 I go to the cheapest charity shop in my home town because, that place sells DVDs for 10p each and Blu-rays for £1 each. 🙂 Every now and again I find at the least one (DVD or Blu-ray) that could (potentially) help me raise a profit on C.e.X in-store credit.

Id have rejoined the queue and traded it in with someone who isnt a bell cheese

My cex stopped me trading as they said there not there for traders I'm like your whole business module is people coming in and trading items you don't sale new stock 😂

I bought that Monkey Island game. The lady behind the counter didn't want to sell it to me at the disc was lightly scratched. It didn't look bad to me at all so I said I'd take it anyway and she even put a printed note on the receipt for me in case it didn't work. They're definitely more fussy than the Newport branch... but I guess that's better for buying things and worse for selling.

Wtf is decay on a disc. I've heard of scratches or cracks but not decay. Sounds like a tooth problem not digital media

14:30, that use number is the new number in their system that is used for the game, so the staff member can just put that number in the system and it'll come up. Not sure why he didn't as its pretty obvious, it literally says the exact wording on their side

any games and stuff they don't take in for reasons like the Lego game - why don't you create a drop and go order and just go and give it to them - you'll have found the exact item on the website and they'll email you the voucher

Tvm I've got a ps3 here I'm gonna do a boot sale on Sunday in Abergavenny peny fal I was going through some of my ps3 games to make sure there isn't anything that was worth loads and I came across xmen origins wolverine witch is worth quite a bit also some others like blur overkill time crisis and a couple others trouble is I don't have the case and cover art I only kept the discs and booklets I seen on eBay wolverine £60 cheapest I think cex £30 odd do you think cex would take them the discs are like new

Likely not to get a response here so I’ll help you out. CEX won’t take anything that doesn’t have a) a case b) a bar code c) a pegi age rating. They also don’t take sealed. They will make you open it up in the shop. Good luck with your bootsale mate 👊🏻

Arkham asylum is a top-tier game . Would it make my top 10? No , but we have batman to thank for the combat style that paved the way for spiderman .... which does make my top 10 😅
