Cesar Saladzar is what we’ve been calling him. He’s actually been in Triple A until Yainer got hurt so he was called up to backup Caratini. Since he’s been up, he’s been having great at bats. This is what the fans have been calling for. Our triple A team, Space Cowboys, are the best team in the minors and management would rather work with what they have than bring kids up. Glad to see they are finally getting some looks. Side note: Loperfido actually got hurt in triple A sliding into third and was out for 3 games. He was finally back on the roster tonight and should hit his game minimum in the minors before being recalled to the majors this weekend.

Tuck is still on the IL from that foul off his shin. Yordan is out for a family issue but will be back for the next game. Caratini injured his knee on that pitiful slide on the pitiful attempt to score from third. Superfido is also injured and will return to the big league team after a couple of rehab starts. Brown has only allowed 1 run in his last 19 innings. Good win but no time to celebrate with this hole we are in…although we have moved into 2nd place in the AL west.

Guess what. So earlier today I was doing the all W Astros team on my baseball video game because someone I know has a W first name and anyways the W team won 2 titles out of the 7 sims. Both titles were against 2 heavy weights and they were against the Giants and Reds. I was hyped both times but even more hyped when it was against the Giants because the Astros were down 0-3 and really came back to win 4 straight and for the Reds one that Astros team won in 6 games.

@@jbanksey22 In a way yes because in that reality for MLB 2K13 Willie Mays must of been in attendance for the all W Astros games. I did put Brian Wilson on the Astros in the bullpen. For the one against the Giants it was fear the beard vs fear the beard because Sergio Romo also has an intimidating beard like Brian Wilson but Brian Wilson’s is more fearce which caused the Astros to beat the Giants.
