African Americans on the other hand have been in America for multiple generations and with each generation they lose touch with their African roots more and more, it’s very possible that the U.K. black community will be very much like the American one is in 4-5 generations, but for now, we are as African as you’ll find in any African country and it’s reflected in the music we make
