Oh great, more traffic at one of stupidest locations! I had 40+min (on a good day) commute to go 12miles in that area.

What?? There is absolutely nothing in this section of downtown. Why would you encounter traffic? You're either confused or lying..

Infrastructure is the more important thing to work on than just hotels and restaurants. That whole area is a bottleneck

So phase 1 of this project is $500 million! Then I just saw the other day Atlanta is building some new science museum for $100 million, ok but no affordable housing, or its not in "the budget". Lets not even talk about how horrible traffic is now, much less when millions of people relocate here to make Atlanta their home. How many millions of dollars are going toward public transportation, trolleys, trains, or just fixing all those giant potholes on 285?? Atlanta needs to get its priorities straight.

Why can't they use that to build apartments for people? Low income people. Homeless People. College students. Whatever else

Low income doesn’t make money single. If you had money as a investor or entrepreneur you look to make a return on investment. Low income doesn’t do that plus they may be people that try but the city might deny that type of build in that area.

Atlanta needs way more diversity in order to make things like this work. It's a reason why the heart of Atlanta has no entertainment districts. It's too many street folks in that place.

They should clean the nearby areas, in addition there is too much street population with bad smells, the whole center is very beautiful but abandoned a disaster, it already closed cnn that building I visited last week and it is a cemetery
