dude we have 1.8 million people moving here by 2050 WE NEED more housing, we cant sprawl anymore

@@brayg488 Much of that 1.8 million people you speak of will be 'low rent'. Don't build houses for them. Because in 25 years or less, they will make it a rat infested, ghetto ridden community, with a strong of odor of stupidity!
