The car looks great I may get one soon. And then add a radio with stability control. I would probably mostly just pavement parking lot run mine. It looks amazing I’d like that displayed on a shelf as well as drive it. I will agree I hope to see more manufacturers doing the scale 1/8 rally cars they look amazing 🇨🇦👍. Great review on this car thanks

@@RCReviewChannel I purchased this Puma but now I have a $400 paperweight. Within 10 minutes on my first pack (after first reinstalling the pinion bolt that had backed out in the first 5 minutes) one of my rear axles just decided to snap off right at the hex (where the hole for the pin is). Do you happen to have a contact at Cen Racing? I have been unable to reach them and I would like to get this fixed ASAP. The spare parts axle kit on their website is out of stock so right now I am SOL. Thanks!

Building the CEN Fiat Abarth “monster truck” right now. The plastics and quality of molding is second to none

Did you have any issues with the body rubbing against the wheels in the front and folding up at the rear when hitting the tire? Seems most reviewers had that issue. I really like it, was looking for 1/10 scale but his looks great! What are your thoughts on the composite shocks? Thinking for 459 should be aluminum...great video and review I was surprised handled jumps so well....did you also try with a 2s pack? If so would like to hear your thoughts on 2s performance. I think 2s may be better for a tight rally course...

That looks sweet been wanting something new to replace my Traxxas Ford Fiesta Rally with and had been looking at the hpi but going have to check this out first

I run 4s in my Traxxas Ford rally. Can't put the power down. I couldn't imagine 6s

@shaunsanford2253 it is its own animal thats for sure. 6s is for speed runs only. 3-4s for bashing on the 2300kv system im using seems to be optimum. And no heat issues

We have a 6s Traxxas Fiesta in the group races. We just steer clear of that missle. :)

I can't find that thing listed online even the price listing where I am. That's one RC I like and would love to run for myself.

You missed the main problem when you do little jumps the back of the car body folds into the back wheels

Looks like all it needs is avc, sways, dirt tires and maybe a quicker servo. Is there a center diff or is it a slipper?

locked spool in center. Probably will have slipper/diff upgrade options.

Bring on the Lancer, quattro, integrale, etc.

The Ford Puma WRC is built from the ground up and doesn't share any parts with the road car

The puma has been out for 3 years in Europe.

The 1:1 Puma? Yeah, strange that they're not bringing that to the US. Is that a Focus replacement?

@@RCReviewChannel Apparently in Europe it's considered to be a small crossover or SUV, which isn't a segment we see much of in the US. I guess the Nissan Juke or Kicks, and MINI Countryman would be the closest. So it's different than the Focus.

Don't forget Tamiya rally cars.

they need to start putting inner wheel wells on these kind of rigs. otherwise it is wack…. run it on first ride and you know what im taking about. dumb ass engineering and laziness from all manufacturers
