I'm nearly in tears watching this. People don't realize how big a win this was for Inverness and how it put the club on the map and made them what they are today. Since then they have played Premiership football, Won a Scottish Cup, Played in Europe, and Played in a Scottish League Cup final. But even to this day, this was Caley's 67 Lisbon, and all the players that played that day will be in the club's history forever. x

That was a dark, dark night... but it was the catalyst for the machinations that led to one Martin O'Neill coming to Paradise. No Caley humping, no MON glory years. Hail Hail.

This was a great upset. But now Inverness are in the premier it does not seem as massive as it did then. Inverness have reached cup finals and beaten Celtic and Rangers again since.

This was a difficult time to be a Celtic fan. But things did improve, with Martin O’Neill and the treble. Three years later we’d be in a UEFA cup final.
