Cellular Organelles
043 - Cellular Organelles
Paul Andersen describes the structure and function of the major organelles in a eukaryotic cell. The endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, and golgi complex produce and store proteins in the cell. Lysosomes dissolve broken and invasive material. Vacuole store material in plant cells. Mitochondria produce ATP through cellular respiration and chloroplasts use the energy of the sun to produce sugars.

I hate it when he says: "I hope that's helpful". He's always helpful, no need to hope!

You are brilliant in what you do. I know you probably won't ever see this, but, just know you have changed the lives of many people.

I'm sure you hear it a lot, but I just wanted to express how grateful I am for your videos. They not only review everything my teacher was SUPPOSED to teach, but they go above and beyond by giving details and relating it to the world with similes and such making it extremely ewasy to understand.Your videos are extremely helpful, I appreciate it so much, and I hope you keep it up!
Thank god for these videos. My AP Bio teacher has us watch them, and they make understanding this stuff so much easier!
Mr. Anderson has a way of teaching and making it sound like "down-to-earth" conversation through great analogies and visuals. I love it!!! His videos make me excited about learning biology:)
Currently studying for MCAT. You have helped me in elementary, high school, and now in university. Such an amazing teacher.
If you got here through AP Bio, 'sup.

This helped so much! I am so worried about my AP bio midterm but I feel like I am going to do so much better! Thank you!
Mr. Anderson always coming in the clutch at 12 am
Thank you. finally someone doing something good on KZread.
Amazing, really helped me out...showed your videos to couple of friends and they all said you're a godly teacher. I don't speak and understand English perfectly but you explain everything so clearly that I still understand everything. Thanks again. Keep going, you're really great.
Haha... I'm a teacher, and I am obsessed with him too... :) I call him our OTHER AP Bio instructor!
I am in the UK, in my foundation year of Nursing training and your videos are helping me revise for my A&P exam, thank you!!

Thank you! Your videos are very professional and clear! Awesome help for us, students of Microbiology. :)

Thank you so much this is very helpful. Hope I get an A
Hey AP Bio!!!
My teacher is obsessed with you.
Dear friend, its very nice to listen about cell structure and function. I need help from your side. What is the software for using design the cell and organelle structure? Please let me know, its may be help for us. We are organizing ONLINE TEACHING Center. We are teaching for global Level Students.
haha Its like hes controlling the white dot around with telekinesis. But I love your vids! They make me feel smarter and BE smarter haha
I want you sooo much. and such a smart teacher. 😅

If the mitochondria and chloroplast make energy and are endosymbiotic, where did eukaryotic cells get energy before the endosymbiotic relationships?
@MrSlutzkin
8 жыл бұрын
+arielle aiken Kind of late to the party, but the energy source before mitochondria was a process called fermentation. Our bodies use it when we run out of oxygen, but its far less efficient than cellular respiration. Even in cellular respiration, fermentation is done first. Some organisms use slight variations of fermentation. Its also known as anaerobic respiration
Hmmm.... are you married?? So so cute!! And wicked smart!! Thanks for making the cell bio part of Pathophysiology more understandable for me!!!
is the cell wall an organelle?
yours too?
Ummmm who got the answers
it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be! hahaha, i hope i did well on it. some parts of the essays were weird though. how about you?
