Hi Doctor I have red blood cells in urine (hemoaturia) 20:30 and I am renal transportation patient from 4 years ago I take medicine cellcept I don't know if these is from side effects of medicine or I have problem please sir help me

Sir me suffering from mysthenia gravis since 2017 my doctor kept me on imuran 5mg and amygra after continuous treatment for a year enabled to live with normal life. Again due to chamical reaction by using zegap tablet by 5 months ago suffering badly from same desease. also had back problem with liver problem. my doctor have now prescribed cellcept 500mg in place of imuran 5 mg. pl guide me how much cellcept would be affective in MG treatment.

Is cellcept more effective for lupus patients? How can cellcept harm a fetus especially early on? I know it has something to do with cell division in pregnancy but I want to know exactly what that means instead of me just assuming what it means. I have Lupus. I recently had test results showing that my lupus started to attack my body again after going off of it for over a year so I could try and have a baby. I want to have a baby but can't on cellcept and I want to know exactly what it does in pregnancy. I'd never try to get pregnant on it but I want to know just in case an accidental pregnancy happens. I am on the pill but you can never be too careful. I am also being treated with plaquinil for my lupus but that wasn't enough to keep the lupus controlled without the cellcept. Do I have any other options? I was made And meant to be a mom; but I'd never risk harming my child even if the medicine doing the harm is saving me. Please can someone help. Since lupus is not what cellcept is made for even though it treats it so well I have not been able to find a full, clear, and straight forward answer. And I really do need one. It's important in general but it's also just important for me. I need to know. Can someone help me, please.
