Depends on the scent but most big box retailers have samples but the sell reps are holding them to give with sales. Places like Sephora and Ulta make you samples if ask.

for celine perfumes tho you can blind buy it from their website and they will send you sample of the same perfume you bought so you test it out before opening the bottle. then if you don’t like it you can return it
