I made my bigest dream come true In 2019 in Vegas too. I'm so thankfull for that! I did it the second time seeing her here in Columbus, Ohio. ❤🙏

the long note of the last part is definitely hard to maintain over and over again and celine made a wise choice👍🏼

I remember this performance. It was the highlight of the show.

while other singers practically swallow the mic look at the distance she's holding it, you can tell those are power vocals, if you've ever used a mic you know that. Amazing!!

Buy Bionic I am pretty positive that this song is one of her hardest to sing, right up there with Fade Away and Breakaway. The reason for these three being the hardest is because they are consistently high and never really get low except for at the beginning. That constant highness is harder than a single big note like in All By Myself since the rest of the song is doable under normal conditions. I think Breakaway is probably her hardest, and I've seen other people say the same. I've never sang that song without giving up before I get to the end because it's just so tiresome.

+razrv3lc I agree with your reasoning although I feel like Breakaway is probably lower in the list (on par with Le blues du businessman maybe) with constant high notes that nevertheless seem to be still in her comfort zone. I feel like I Surrender is harder and more tiring to sing.

No way. Did you even watch her performance in Live in Memphis and her performance for the King and Queen of Brunei?? They're all live and in the original key. Performing in an award show is different that' s why you become more careful cause it will make or break you especially she is a hot artist during this time in the 90's she has always been a careful artist back then. But yes she performed this Live a lot of times in her falling into you tour LIVe in the original key mind you.

I think it would be pretty difficult to sync the violin sound perfectly with the violinist's wild movements as well as her voice

Are youbsure..Inthink Memphis is love because there is a 96 performance that sounds similar to Memphis so how could Memphis be lipped..and Memphis and 99 rationality sounds live too..and WHYBWHY can't sje sing it LIVE IN SAME KEYMMWhy doesnshebjave to drop tone so much..this doesn't sound hard to sing for her I don't think..

This song is ridiculously hard. The stamina needed to do it in the original key would be more than most people have. She probably had to do it more than a handful of times to get it right in the studio.

@Yangedd1 @Markus Link obviously it's live duh! Are you guys tone deaf? Try checking other vids of this song like in Memphis and Tokyo and its also live as well as her earlier concerts. She's obviously a great performer still active and maintained her voice compare to her counterparts, that's why people kept on accusing her for lipping.

We have a reason..it's called proof lol. But I still love her no matter what. I'm glad she saved her voice..yea sometimes it's sad and I wish she would sing live, but she does it for a reason. If she didn't work on saving her voice throughout the years, she would sound ratchet now. She still sounds amazing to this day because of it, unlike a few others..lol!

That's all everyone ever cares about. Lipping, lipping, lipping. HEY GUESS WHAT WITHOUT LIPPING THERE WOULD BE NO VOICE. Its as if some of you want her to loose her voice. Dont have a heart attack just because she lips its not a BIG deal. Celine has some of the MOST GREEDY fans I have ever seen. She gives up half her life to her fans and all you can do is debate for hours on whether or not she is lipping. Either way she took time out of HER life to sing and or record the song. She sang it. What more do you want. You say " we like the flaws so she shouldn't lip" then you say " omg she cracked she can't sing anymore". Please get over yourselves and just ENJOY THE MUSIC. She's already proved she can sing. Enjoy the music or be gone.

You don't know how much I like you right now. Even though this is not lipped, yes, there are people on here that post nothing but "Lipped", "Not Lipped". Some call themselves her biggest fans and yet will post "Lipped" on her videos. It's like they are trying to call her out. Who cares? They all lip...it's voice saving techniques. We heard how 200 shows a year for 5 years in Las Vegas killed her voice the first time...Taking Chances tour she sounded bad, but she was able to regain her voice and is now in Las Vegas singing better than ever, not to mention the awesome album "Loved Me Back To Life!" She's almost 46 years old and still sounds just as good, or better, as she did in this performance 16 years ago. She KNOWS what she is doing. If you really love Celine, enjoy her music and let her do what she is doing to keep her voice decent so we can continue to enjoy her music for another 20 years!

Think she is cheating.. lol.. she is soo good on so many levels.. did you all see what happen towards the end??? She couldnt do the vocalise all the way as she was out if breath. But look at what she did with it!! Gosh she is good; she must be cheating☺

He's a worldclass violinist. He would know if he was off-key. She often does signals to the audio engineers, though, and that might be what you saw.

I love her hair in this video! Obviously you don't remember what her hair looked like in 1990-91 era. That was bad hair in my opinion. I remember actually styling mine like this during high school.
