A good singer can wail. A great singer can wail and then belt a flawless final chorus. Celine belts every chorus and then combines belting and keening for something transcendent. This is one of the best songs in popular music.

Listening to Celine sing always brings tears to my eyes. Her powerful vocals, the melody....I first heard this song when I was in my early to mid teens. I loved Celine Dion back then and I still do now. She is incredibly amazing. The last couple of years hasn't been easy for her but she still fights to be strong for herself and her children. An incredible woman and singer she will always be.

My dad dearly loved "The Power of Love". I promised him we would hear it live one day; which we did in 1999. He's gone now. I so glad we went to that Celine Dion concert.

This was my favorite Celine song as a teenager.Whenever i listened to it, it would not only break my heart but shatter it into little pieces which i would pick up again towards the end of the song.Especially when the violins came into play.PHEW

We need masterpiece like that in 2024 and centuries later 😊😊😊❤❤❤
