We could have chosen a number of celeriac recipes to transform this ugly vegetable into a breathtaking veggie side dish. In the end we decided on celeriac mash, combining creamy, fluffy mashed potatoes with silky smooth celeriac puree, to create a decadent celeriac and potato mash, all finished with lashings of butter and cream 😋
