I used to be a massive fan of their music, when he was charged in late 2012, I smashed all the CDs I owned of theirs and threw them away. It really sucks for us, their music was actually pretty damn good, but it’s nearly impossible to listen to it and reminisce without remembering how evil Watkins’ actions were. Genuinely a shame.

Um, no genius. Double jeopardy prevents being tried twice for the same crime after being acquitted or found not guilty. It has nothing to do with re sentencing and or being charged with a similar or different crime with the same evidence fir an aforementioned crime. You don't need to type in capital letters this commonly known legal term everyone has heard with your misunderstanding as if you have some elite knowledge no one is privy to. It's like screaming about impeachment and thinking when it happens you're kicked out of the presidency.
