Celebrating Three Years on YouTube: My First Toilet Purchase
Ғылым және технология
Update: I sold this toilet on Wendesday, July 18, 2018. I don't have the time, money, space, and resources to keep this toilet and the rest of my collection.
Update: There is actually a "Standard" logo engraved into the edge of the tank lid. The word "Pacific" is engraved right below the logo meaning the tank lid was manufactured in "Standard's" Pacific Plant. This makes sense as this toilet is from California.
Bought my very first toilet! If anybody knows the toilet's model or year please let me know. Additionally, if anybody has tips on how to install this toilet and hook it up to a tank or Flushometer please educate me. Thank you for an amazing three years on KZread! Any questions, comments, or concerns please let me know by posting a comment down below. Thank you and enjoy the video!

Wow! What a great specimen you have here! Great find
Sorry I'm late for this video. It's cool to see this though! That's an awesome toilet!
It's a beauty ❤.
OMGOD I LOVE THIS
Congrats on your purchase! Hopefully you can install it in your home. If only my parents can let me do this.

Thanks! My parents would never allow me to do that--they don't know about my interest in plumbing. I'm glad I live by myself!
Welcome back. It’s been a while. I’ve been binge watching your channel lately. I’m hoping those cracks are just manufacture defects based on where they are located but I might be wrong on that. They are in an interesting place and I wonder what would have caused them.

Thanks for watching my videos! I hope those cracks are nothing major. I'll keep track of those cracks and hopefully they won't be getting any bigger.

Yeah I wouldn't want to pass up on something like that either!
WOW!!!!! This is EPIC!!!!!!! And that’s awesome that you can now purchase toilets! Is this now your own place? If so, then you are very lucky. I would love to have my own place someday. But that won’t be for a while sadly.

This is my own place! It's my first "real world" (non-college) apartment but it's just temporary as I plan to move again in the next few months so I'm still not sure where I'm going to keep this toilet... Good luck!

Thank you!
TP is an abreviation for Trenton Potteries of Trenton, NJ, which was later bought by Crane Plumbing. Nice toilet!

Thanks for the info! Do you know when TP Co. was bought by Crane?

Sometime in the 1930s, but I'm not exactly sure.
Will you upload again?

Yes, I am actually considering uploading again. I know it has been a few years since my last upload and I have a back log of a few years worth of videos. Additionally, I did make two sanitaryware purchases recently that I may be sharing with my viewers in the near future. Thank you for your support and stay tuned!
What happened to you? It's really sad to see so many old heads of the toilet community just gone

Sucks that guy gone cuz I really like seeing restrooms close my area that I haven’t filmed yet
What camera do you use to record.
That toilet is actually from 1931. I’am a history person by the way. Thanks!
