In the early 70’s my husband went out of state to spend Thanksgiving with his Mom. The kids and I went to Norm’s for dinner on Thanksgiving. My oldest son, who was around 7 at the time ordered the salad when offered the choice of soup or salad, when the waitress put the small bowl of salad down in front of him he looked at the salad, looked at her, looked back at the salad and finally asked her if this was the SUPER salad. The waitress and I had a little chuckle at that……and I have to say that we had a nice meal at NORMS for very little money. Happy 75th Birthday to NORMS! 🎉

Still better than IHOP
This video has made me want to visit the Norms in my city that I pass everyday to work and back.
Norms has some of the delicious pancakes.
When I was foreman for an emergency crew after working from 6:30 am to 3:30 am we would all go to Norms, everyone love it.
Hope that is not a teflon coated pan. Love Norms!

i remember them as a kid. went their two weeks ago but that was because i had to go to OC for the weekend. my father is so happy that they are suppose to open one up in Hollywood, and never did. I think Covid interfered with it.
