I just hope the carpets getting replace they didn't even cover the carpets and with missing half of his tip guard seems like disaster 😕 and plus always do full length instead of halfway they rooms are small to do so

Hello great looking job just curious do you back roll? I paint for living but I have always been told and from my experience it's faster to just cut in and roll the ceilings. Just curious why you all are spraying the ceilings? Thanks again and kept on slinging the paint.

Never back roll the first coat it just takes the paint off and would look bare. Back roll the finish coat so you can touch it up if it gets marked. Plus the other benifits

@@mrteosanchezz you don't backroll the 1st coat your spray roll the last coat so if you have to you can touch it up.. but the electricians don't make mistakes now so it's rare to have to touch up a ceiling...

@@JONO3679 I only ever do one coat on ceilings when I spray. I backroll primer and then spray one coat of good quality ceiling paint and call it a day.

It looked like a Titan 440 impact. A nice small unit. If you like graco I'd recommend the Graco 395 pc pro or 495. Either one with some fflp tips will deliver outstanding performance.

Judging by the color and shape of the tip I believe it is a Graco fflp tip, I would guess either a 514 or 516. And yes the sprayer itself is a Titan 440, his guard is also missing half the plastic, dunno what's up with that. It'll definitely produce more overspray than it needs to.

Hey

He's lucky he's using acrylic or latex. Too inconsistent for many other paints. Movement speed not consistent and spray overlap not consistent.

His overlapping seemed fine and his lap marks will disappear. I'm just hoping he planned on crosshatching the room, spaying them both out again after a little dry time. Walking the length of the room on the 2nd pass if possible. Either way when you can spray out the whole room in 2 minutes you just have to make sure it's perfect before you pull off the masking, especially since the ceilings started off dark brown.

Probably a rental and owner just wants the ceiling color back to white would take to many coats to roll spraying will do it in 2. And wall color will probably be the same so he will just hand roll the walls.

ok first of all tell who ever masked they are fired lol missed taping and papers flying up 2nd why did you stop halfway??? you had f@€k all ceiling left to paint would have been better to do full lengths not half

You must not have seen bed in middle of room also it looks like the paper is on a bulkhead so I understand not taping it back defeats the purpose also he is overlapping the spray so it's all good...
