Almost nine years living with CES for me. It's been hell. And videos like these are so helpful because I've mistakenly thought that my misery is really just my own weakness.

I've been living with ces for 18 years. Each day is a struggle, but I'm very blessed to have such a wonderful family and friends. If you are new to this, please don't give up! It takes some time, but you WILL adjust and persevere! Thank you for this video and God bless all that have this terrible disease.

I was lucky. I had 2 surgeries (both side of spinal canal) within 37 hours. 16/03/22. in Sao Carlos Brazil by Dr Admilson Delgado. I have made a very good recovery so far...am walking unaided...and have recovered bowel function, albeit...numbness is still around 30/40% from waist down. sexual function has also been restored albeit limited in sensation, but it is still very early days. I feel very fortunate to have had surgical intervention so quickly. love to all with the condition.

20 years of CES. The fight every day can be so overwhelming. Ive tried to ignore it, Ive cried because i just didn't want to deal with it any more. But over 20 years, its humbling.

I just got home from rehab center after surgery for cauda equina syndrome. I’m just beside myself with sadness that my busy life might never be the same. I’m a truck driver, so how am I going to? My free time used to be spent outside in my garden, but I can’t even get to my yard now. I wouldn’t be so bad but the hospital and doctors kept sending me home, even when I couldn’t even walk.
