CEC Awesome Adventure Machine Intermission Samples 4K Remaster
Please read the full description.
This is the highest quality Audio/Video available now and replaces all previous versions. (2022 V1)
This video is footage of the CEC 20th Anniversary Show for the Awesome Adventure Machine.
Intermission Samples (Unfortunately I do not have the full intermissions)
This is video footage I recorded for archive purposes.
The show was recorded on a Sony Hi8 camcorder with video fed to a Sony Betacam SP video recorder. Audio was recorded directly to the Betacam SP deck from the Laserdisc source. Due to the nature of the camcorder used there are some slow focus issues due to lighting.
The video has been optimally digitized, cleaned up, remastered and upscaled using AI technology to 4K. It's been uploaded to KZread at the recommended H264 maximum bitrate.
The audio has been untouched from the master (Linear PCM) and only compressed by KZread.
Note: The intermissions are standard 2 channel stereo and not Dolby Pro Logic Surround as the Show Segments.

That’s so cool how the lights would be used during the intermissions. Love that MGM logo!

The stage itself was designed to be entertaining even when it was an intermission.

@@brianhaganWHERE IS SEPT 98 STUDIO C WITH BOTS
0:45 Just Curious, that footage on the left TV is just a live Camera scanning the show Room back and forth? If so very creative and I quite enjoyed that

Yes, it was a direct feed from a panning camera at the top of the stage set. It was primarily used during birthday shows to let the parties all see themselves on camera when they announced the birthday stars.
This is Disney level stuff for a restaurant... CEC was fantastic back then.

The music was apparently reused in September 2010.

Some of it is new. In the Remastering process I included every bit of useable video, even if it was just a partial clip.

Unfortunately, there weren't any intermissions like you've described for The Awesome Adventure Machine.
Are these in order of how they'd be placed in the original upload of the AAM footage?
@brianhagan

The original AAM upload was out of order. The new separate segments are in the proper order.
Do you have the just for kids show or the terrific time review show at any stages

Unfortunately, no.
Do you plan on reuploading the full show again? Like with the segments and intermissions with no cuts to the footage.

Unfortunately, I don't have video of the full intermissions, but I do plan on offing a combined segments KZread video again in the near future.

You are correct, I had some issues with errors in Segment 4 "Oh Yeah" hoping to post it this weekend.
Why is there an MGM logo?

That was the intro from a movie clip of “chitty chitty bang bang” the 1968 musical which is property of MGM

Actually, "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" was a United Artists picture (under MGM).

@@brianhagan they should’ve installed a Toy story trailer or some Scenes from the movie in 96/97 as intermissions. Or even better: Have Chuck E. Cheese & his friends react to the scenes on stage.
