Believed to be the highest altitude highway system of Cebu Island. BDTCH or Badian to Dalaguete Trancentral Highway is a through and through roadway system from Badian (Southwest Cebu) to Dalaguete (Southeast Cebu) passing the famous Mantalongon (Cebu's Vegetable Basket). Although the full stretch is not yet completed but it is already passable to many motorists who are willing to take the risk.
This route is loaded with attractions. Apart from the well-known Cebu tourist destination Osmeña Peak and other mountain ranges in this part of Cebu Island, there is also Badian Highlands and Mantalongon Market (Cebu's Vegetable Basket) along the route. Now, there are 2 new spots along BDTCH that are rapidly gaining popularity amongst Cebuanos and also people from other provinces. One is Badian New Viewing Deck or also known to some as Badian Man-Made Plateau, and the other one is the sharp steep curve of BDTCH which is popular by the name of Queen's Cut or Queen's Sexy Curve.
In this video, I will be riding my motorcycle-Siloy from Badian side and going to Dalaguete taking the scenic and "dangerous" BDTCH. So sit back and enjoy the ride mga Igsoon!

In the mid eighties as high school students, we used to go for summer camps and spiritual retreats in Mantalongon, Dalaguete. The trees were very healthy with fireflies at night. We climbed Osmeña Peak and hiked from Mantalongon to Badian.

Boss when I requested you cover Badian Highlands awhile back, this is what I meant! I just didn't have the heart to tell you that you didn't go there because you traveled so far lmao. But nindut kaayu diba? If you go up there and look down and not see the potential of that place, you have no vision. White sand beaches, multiple blue water waterfalls, countless diving spots. It's an untapped tourism goldmine. I hope the local LGUs, stakeholders, and the provincial government opens their eyes.

Yes Boss I agree with you. These towns here have yet to maximize their potential. And this Badian to Dalaguete Highway when completed cafes and restaurants will sprout here. It offers great views and the weather is perfect like that of Claveria in Mindanao Bukidnon.

no mahimo ra ang pick up kay duna pay wa pa mahuman sa badian side but if sa dalaguete ka agi, mahimo ra pod awto. if musaka ka sa plateau, nindot lakaw ra ug i park ra sa ubos ang motor o sakyanan
