P E A C E mga Bro and Sis. Yes this is a hybrid PPP project of the LGUs of Cebu City and Cordova Town with Metro Pacific Investment Corp. Hybrid PPP because this is a project of the LGUs, not of the national government and at no cost to the government. Just like any private funded projects we have to pay toll when we use this bridge for a certain number of years. Then this will be turned over to the government. The project proposal was submitted by MPIC in 2014, approved by Cebu City and Cordova Town in 2015. Capsule laying was done on January 2016. Please let us not debate whether this is by dilawan or by dds. P E A C E

This a project of the filipino people let us not politicize this one as this funded by tax payers money. Let us assure that there will be no corruption in its implementation and completion. Kaya mga pinoy magtulong tulong tayo para bantayan ang project nato.
