Some mad man has put a Big Block American V8 into what is already a proper drivers car, this thing was just insane to work on and feel all those horses in a very lightweight car, we basically tried to compete with the exhaust sound by upgrading a none existent sound system, Pioneer SPH-EVO64DAB up front with a Rockford Fosgate PBR400x4D powering some Alpine R-S65.2 speakers, wanted to go for a bigger build but as they say customer is always right.
No info on the engine but I'll update if I find out

That looks great. I’d never thought about using a double DIN unit in that way. I’ll have to think if something like that would work for my Chimaera.
Nice fit. Does the screen adjust so that you can lift the ashtray out? The door open beep can be cancelled by pressing the big brass knob to the right of the Speedo.

I'm glad you've brought this up, I've never been sure or asked anyone if it is an ashtray, it was either that or some sort of pen holder, sadly the unit doesn't tilt but think it would still wiggle out, thankfully this customer is a non smoker
