One of those jobs from day one that was twitching my senses, water leak and not just a small one, which caused the reverse light electrics to go nuts, then a modification to the custom box was needed plus delay on carpet supply and to top it off a cooked voice coil on a JL slimline Sub, not my most efficient job but the out come was still great eventually, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Yeah these kind of things are always a learning experience, when you found the water you should’ve turned the customer directly to Lexus before the job...And always make photos for proof..

Love the build mate .. Had a similar problem with another suv. It was the drain hose from the sunroof . One hose in each corner and the back pass side hose was leaking into the car .

Lexus couldn't be bothered to actually find the fault. That's why they replace who loom at great cost. Pretty sad.

Yeah but if the customer was sent to Lexus before beginning the install they couldn't have blamed the installer like they tried to...They would have been forced to fix the issue under warrenty..
