I've been moving backwards for a couple of years with my CCCA. I have tried a laser helmet, rosemary oil, 5% minoxidil foam, derma rolling, pumpkin seed oil... and my crown got shorter and thinner. I subscribed to MD Hair a few months ago and started a hair supplement with them, plus collagen and shampoo, conditioner and serum. What seemed to help me the most was adding their 5% liquid monoxidil.
