隔夜米饭 leftover steamed rice 250g
咖喱粉 curry powder 1 ½ tbs
鸡蛋 eggs 2
胡萝卜 carrot half
火腿 ham 150g
青椒 green pepper 1
葱 green onion 2
食用油,盐 cooking oil, salt

Cooking Instructions: 1. Beat 2 eggs and add pinch a salt; 2. Chop 2 green onions (green parts only) for later use; 3. Dice half carrot, 150g ham, and 1 green pepper for later use; 4. 1 ½ tbs curry powder in a bowl, and add cooking oil in a wok, heat it, and slowly pour oil into curry powder, well mixed; 5. Add oil in the wok and add carrot stir, add some salt and water for easy cooking, stir; 6. Add 150g ham, stir for about one minute; 7. Add rice stir and fry about 1 - 2 minutes, add curry, stir, then add egg, stir, then add green pepper, stir; 8. Keep stirring about less than one minutes; 9. Add chopped green onion, stir for 30 seconds; 10. It’s ready. Enjoy!
鸡蛋抄两次色泽比较好,但是口感不好,而且,吸过两次油,不健康
不易熟的胡萝卜丁用微波炉热一下直接放进去不是更好也减油。生鸡蛋没必要单独炒吧?直接热油下锅下鸡蛋,稍微气泡立即上放入加过少许水的米饭迅速翻炒加入材料调味料起锅完事。两分钟就好

加入少许水的隔夜米饭事先在碗里弄散下锅里不用怎么炒本身就是散开的。食材虽然有早成熟晚成熟的状况,事先调节的话免去多余时间一起成熟肯定味道差距不小的。
