Ever since he became an NPC I been coping so hard for him to be a playable Operator. He just screams to be a special Musha Guard that gets increase ATK at 50%

this just hits different when you have played since cc beta, all the build up coming to this point "Overcome all the challenges. It is all about saving more lives."

I feel you brother. CC#Beta & Area 59 will forever have a special place in my AK stories. CC#12 closing with all the homage is just *chef's kiss

I hope whatever high-risk content HG designs after POO and SOD has the same spirit of CC that brings our boy to tears

Oh, I can assure you they will bring everyone to tears when someone misstypes 100% HP buff with 1000% hp buff, they totally wont ship something like that right-

I'm so excited to play this cc. I'm with you, cc is one of the main reasons why I play AK. The challenge that you can put yourself under is an experience like no other. I'm sad that it's coming to an end after this one, but holy crap they put out a banger to end on and for everyone who played backed in beta will have such a great nostalgia trip running this perma.

The crimson avenger is back to live up to his name but I'm ready to extinguish his flames one final time.

I commend hg for going to the nostalgia route. My love for this game just skyrocketed when the cn trailer dropped. Like no exaggeration, this is one of the most dedicated game company's I've seen. Both in their game and in their community.

I'm glad you're so happy ^^ I hope you can relive your happiness with our run

@@Bondrewd__21 He's still pretty terrifying in CC#beta, especially with the early operators that were available back then. (Heck, some strategy had to rely on dodging his strikes, since 1 or 2 hits could end the run)

Someone must do only day one operator only to this map just like the oldschool cc#beta lmao

If I recall correctly, the Avenger (the katana wielding boys) were first introduced in CC0, which was a beta to test out Contingency Contract mechanics. On top of that, the boss of each contingency contract is a boss we've already seen elsewhere in the game, generally the main story. This is the final Contingency Contract that will be made, and to commemorate it, not only is it focused around the Avengers again, a well liked enemy, but this CC has an exclusive brand new boss designed just for the mode, and he himself is a beefed up badass looking Avenger. After two years and 11 Contingency Contracts, it's ending on a callback to where it all began, and everyone is pretty hyped about that.
