CBT MOTORCYCLE TRAINING (PART 3 of 9) - COMPULSORY BASIC TRAINING - ELEMENT C (PART 1 OF 3)
This is a video from the CBT, Compulsory Basic Training series created by John Macdonald, Director of ProScot Rider and Driver Training Ltd it will help you to learn how to ride a motorcycle. This video covers part of Element C - The off-road practical training element and focuses on how to "Move Off & Stop", how to carry out effective "Rear Observations" and how to "Change Gears". The video also looks at typical rider faults and areas of weakness when learning the above skills. The video is designed to give riders about to attend a CBT an in-depth insight into a CBT and hopefully help the learning process and enable riders to focus more on the practical learning Elements of the CBT.

Thank you John for the great video.
Very good information perfect.
I love it -you guys make it looking so easy 😊 Videos are great and everything it’s very well explained and easy to understand Thanks 😊
Excellent video. Newbie here riding 2 months and love it but what you hit on with the left foot out is what I do to stop. I dropped the bike once and almost more due to the wobble the bike gets when at stop and was unsure why u til you said not fully stopped. That must have been it. The bars went to the right and down it went even thought was all rear break. I still once every 80 stops have a stop off balance a little or where I feel the bike wanting to turn right or get tricky due to uneven ground. The inability to rid myself of it doing this once a while is frustrating. Don't want to drop my bike every again hoping it doesn't happen due to this and praying it works itself out the more miles and stops I add daily
Bloody brilliant lads
Very much helpful, and clear instructions
Excellent 👌 great information and very well done 👍🏻
Amazing Video Sir.
