I know, it's a horrible change! I cannot believe they accommodate to Gayle like they do. I am back to ABC for now. UGH, at least they have 2 professional reporters. I just dislike all the other crap o lee!

Except now with this one, there are three (King, Dokoupil and Burleson); with CBS News Morning (and before that, the days of the week in the title [Tuesday Morning, Wednesday Morning, et al.]), there was only one, and then later two (Bob Schieffer started out, then Charles Kuralt took on the weekday broadcast in addition to Sunday Morning; Kuralt would later be joined by Diane Sawyer in 1981).

If CBS is going to take a book from Good Morning America and put a former NFL player on the show instead of a qualified journalist/correspondent like Weijia Jiang, Jericka Duncan, Adriana Diaz or John Dickerson - big mistake. Anyone but another football player. If you think this is going to help ratings, it isn't. If I wanted a GMA like program, I'd watch GMA. I would suggest CBS get rid of the person that came up with this idea or I would tell the other correspondents to bail now while they have a chance. I can see a nose dive coming. I've already planned my exit.

I saw the last full credit roll yesterday with the blue look. I wonder if CBS will continue to roll the credits every Friday with the new orange look...

I think it smart to have more of a CBS Sunday Morning Vibe, I enjoy those stories.

That theme belongs on Sunday morning. If I hear that, I’ll want to sleep in and not go to work.

So they are switching to a more storytelling vibe. The best storyteller they had was Anthony Mason! Nothing against Nate but Vlad should have gotten the position before him. Looking more like Good Morning America everyday.

Have you paid attention the last 10-20 years all of these shows have a bias now. A 3rd grader can see that. The answer is no. CBS is ultra liberal like the other 2 networks. FOX and Newsmax are conservative

From the 70s how old are you? I’m almost 60 and I can tell you nothing about CBS mornings is visually reminiscent of the 70s especially with Gayle King and I can’t believe a football player I mean really WTF! Good riddance!

This de facto marks the end of CBS This Morning after 9.67 years. The program experienced slow but steady ratings growth during its first 5 years. But in November 2017 Charlie Rose was released, and as a result ratings declined sharply.

Cbs rebranded this show so many times. Now they are copying off ABC now

I love CBS Sunday Morning, but I also love the current CBS This Morning. Not sure they needed a change, but we'll see if it's for the better. I'm excited for more original reporting and topics instead of just another parroting of the top news stories everyone else is reporting on, that could be a good thing.

I don't like the looks of this at all.

Budget must be in good condition. "Original reporting" really maintains interest and credibility. Cable news obsesses too much. That space y'all have on 57th is some prime property to put up something very respectable and all those speculators at 200 Amsterdam can be forewarned about their selfishness.
