I know at one point in the show's run, Alan punched someone out every Friday. I cant remember any of the celebrities he punched out, but I remember it.

Alan had a tendency to steal the show.

I know we would’ve _loved_ to see a “Staff Favorite Moments: Alan Kalter” video if he was with us today. Oh, and Sally Jessy Raphael is the only one on that question still alive (Jerry Springer died just a few weeks ago).

HA HA.. the look on Alan's face, and I'm already on the floor, then the joyous cheers of the audience after he just punched a guy out, it's so wrong, but so right. I'm unsure why most late night comedy is so predictable now. They're talented, and not all bad, but for the most part it's just not hilarious.
