CBR650F SW-Motech Luggage
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
I’ve been commuting on my Honda CBR650F since I bought it new in 2014. This is my setup, which has worked amazing for me. EXPAND for more details!
The RS Taichi bag is excellent, though there are a fair number of similar options that probably work just as well. I can fit a 15" laptop computer, insulated lunch bag, water bottle, changes of clothes/shoes, documents, etc. and it expands nicely for bulky objects. As an aside, Zojirushi travel mugs are AMAZING for transporting coffee on a motorcycle. I've had one spill in 7 years using them, and it was because I forgot to install an o-ring after washing it that day. Haven't made that mistake again!
I've also used these bags directly on my passenger seat instead of on the metal rack, but I prefer the attachment points on the top rack rather than under the seat, even though it looks a bit nicer on the seat.
Please consider subscribing if you haven't yet. I make MANY how-to and review videos about the CBR650F that I hope you'll find useful. One click really does a lot to support my channel. I appreciate you!

Thank you! And congrats on the great new bike!

I definitely see how it would be different in big cities and certain other environments where light and nimble motorcycles would have benefits. In most places in the US, a middleweight bike like this is preferred due to long commuting distances and high-speed highways. In my current commute I don't need to ride over 60mph, so a 250 or something would certainly be fine. But I have a Harley that's 300lbs heavier so the 650F isn't too bad for me, haha. Thank you for your comment.
Hey man, I enjoy the video unfortunately I cannot find that rack anywhere. Any ideas? It's hard to find something for this bike
So the support arms are separate from the plate?

Yeah, the plate attaches with a couple quick-release screws.
