Blew past the busa and went on to redline in 6th like it was cake....now that's a beast of a blackbird. Owned a 2001 that was stolen, then bought a 2003 xx. I have been thinking of doing some improvements but wasn't sure if they would be worth the trouble and money, thank you for your video cause it blew away all my reservations.

Do solid white lines mean the same in your country as in the UK? Some very risky overtaking there. Not meaning to rain on your parade or be a party pooper but if you'd hit a bump & hit an oncoming car you're looking at around 250mph closing speed at impact, which is not just you dead but whoever you met too. Awesome bikes, but yeah, consider taking that to the Nurburgring perhaps :-)

The faster the bike, the safer you are riding it. Only riders who have ridden like this, and survived, understand the game. The normal folks driving their slow boxes just get in the way. The focus of the riders is so far ahead and a great movie of what was my game. I just got old so don’t participate any more, loved the video, thanks.

+Konrad Kowalczyk ...You will find much of cameras and monitors to ebay ... But don't have an image like a mirror !! .. The night you don't see !! Only lights ... nothing else !! Me, I don't mind ... because i don't drive often !!!

Yes , from Jaws...if necessary additional preload .....( + I placed WP springs)

Dimitris? You're too good a rider to act like some newbie just wingin' it. Overtaking in between oncoming traffic isn't cool at all. Get your adrenaline drained on a track like Nurbergring instead.

So what HP did you get from your bird after your mods. I think the only worthwhile mod for a bird is the exhaust system and then only to make the thing sound better. Who really needs one to go any quicker? A couple of times in the video it flicked its head so I hope you sorted the suspension?

About +30 hp at the rear wheel ...(at the dyno)......The latest mods , that I made a few months ago, ... "I changed the front system" , and I removed the combined brakes !!! ..I put the front system from the Busa gen 2..(Complete).. and the fender (carbon) , from GSXR 1000 !!

What the rear cam do you have? It`s really awesome decision of rear view)))

I designed and built it myself !!! I bought another clutch cap,.. a solid piece of aluminum to make the ring , and glass of Lexan !!! I went to a machine shop and built it !!!

...Ιmproved head ,...Cams ,... Power commander,...Full ( total free) Exhaust ,..KN filter ,... No pair system ...No sensor L. ,...Hard clutch springs,...etc....

@@lopan3057 ... What help do you need ?? .. However, you should know that these Improvements and Modifications , require ... time ... a lot of personal work ... and cost .. !!! I have made many changes to my blackbird for a lot of years , and at the moment i have made other changes since I wrote this video ...

Crossing double lines at that speed and threading your way through cars ? not a good idea

+FunTVofficiel ... the Hayabusa have exhausts Yoshimura , filter KN , Nikko (No limit-300 Klm ).... The CBR1100 XX have o lot of mods in the engine... Gas flow in the head... camshafts.... power commander ...etc....

I repeat once again, damn speed is gaining quickly, not that a stock thrush rides with two catalysts 100-200 6 seconds. after 200 kmh, speed is slowly gaining

As a 1998 blackbird owner and have ridin with all types of other bikes of all CC's, the bird is very hard to catch and pass. but i hardly redline the bird as its got so much power it pulls like a train in 3rd upwards. with high revs you dont need to downshift so many gears unless a hair-pin ect, the bird will get from 60-130 in 4th and 5th easy cos its fast as fuck! lol

Thats not a Blackbird lol i have 3 and yours isnt a bird as such... its a 2002 or 2006 Fire-blade in a Blackbird frame or Blackbird body on a Fireblade... i can see for a few reasons 1., your using a 2002-2006 Fire-blade rear swing-arm lol, the birds swing-arm is straight flat and yours is curved 2, the right side engine casing isnt the same as yours at all 3, plus you have a quick throttle which doesnt work well on the bird because of the Birds liner power delivery and the bird jut doesnt rev from 4k to redline that fast lol 4. you have a very small narrow exhaust for a 1137CC engine what bike is it your actually using?

Hello Me , it's a XX Blackbird !!! The swingarm is made of me , (2 swingarms in 1 !!! Base the XX swingarm and the top is pieces , of 954 swingarm .!!! ).. Also I made the clear clutch cover , myself !!! The engine has o lot of mods and improvements ... at head .... camshafts ... Power commander ...etc.. The exhaust system is complete 4-2-1-2 total open !!! The engine has a lot of power from 3000 .. 3500 + and up 11000+ !!! Some time ago I replaced the fork !!! I put a USD complete , with radial calipers and radial pump ,.. and many many other details ..!!! I've put photos on my Instagram page .. with name .. dimitrisanagnostou.gr ..

okay....as a owner of 97 and 01 blackbird, I can tell you that it is CLEAR that they guy on the busa wasn't laying on his throttle....cause that's the only way you could've passed him like that....and if the guy was laying on the throttle and was still that slow on busa....then that guy rides like shit and needs to get a slower bike like 600. Riding reckless like that will eventually catch up to you and hopefully it doesn't result in your death or the death of others. If you want to fly like that....take it to the track

The "XX" has improved motor..!!

As a blackbird owner, i love the touring capabilities and quality of the bird, although the busa smokes the bird power-wise. If u want the best in both departments, give the zzr1400 a go. Smooth as the bird, and more powerful than the busa. Aestetically it puts the Busa to total shame, and makes the bird look outdated in best case.
