On our way to the actual coral head that is the namesake of this dive site. Tons of fish everywhere, Yellow Tails, tons of Blues, a Grouper, a Barracuda. Just massive amounts of fish everywhere. The base of the Coral Head is in about 90 feet of water. There used to be a lobster den at the base, and when we check it (very briefly due to depth) it contained a couple of carcasses. Sad.
The structure and life on this coral head has impressive depth and diversity. Unfortunately, it was time to turn the dive back. That was my "tink-tink-tink ta-tink-tink-tink" signal to my buddy. So we started heading back. Even then, we are welcomed by tons of fish on the way!
