It’s crazy living in Washington state, you don’t need a license, registration, or insurance to ride a e-bike, nor do you need a helmet, also most crazy thing I ever found out about e-bike laws in Washington state is that it is completely legal to operate an e-bike under the intoxication of alcohol, So in theory you could ride your e-bike to the bar, drink as much as you want and the legally drive home, but it’s weird cause someone who rides a horse under the influence can get ticketed for for a dui. It’s just crazy hoe the laws haven’t caught up yet, number 3 friendly state in the USA for e-bikes, but damn that shits crazy, ALSO IF YOU LIVE IN WASHINGTON PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE ON AN E-BIKE, DO NOT BE SELFISH AND PUT YOURSELF AND OTHERS IN DANGER, YEAH MAYBE 2 SHOTS HOUR FINE, BUT THEM YOU THINK HEY IVE DRIVEN HOME ON 2 SHOTS, I CAN TAKE 4, THEN YOU GET AWAY WITH 4 SO YOU TAKE 6, NEXT THING YOU KNOW, YOUR CRAZY DRUNK AND GET ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION, OR YOU CRASH, BE SMART, DRINK AG HOME OF SONT DRINK AMD RIDE.

The only aggressive encounters I’ve had are always Security Guards. Not Cops. Security Guards.

I regret giving them $40 for this event. The line was for ticket holders and non ticket holders. I couldnt bring a sealed water bottle into the event, Lastly I didnt get to see a sur ron in person! It was nice meeting you though :)

the controller can not make the electric current smooth, it was the belt drive, as the bike is silent, all we hear is the sound of engine

@@posijour9499 controller does control the current and generated magnetic field, that's how brushless motors work, the belt just makes it quieter. Look at a physics diagram of a brushless motor, there's some trig involved to calculate how much force/torque is applied at different angles of rotation. It's not as simple as apply current, and it's smooth, that's why phase current is delivered in a waveform. Sabvotons are sine wave, and Russian controllers like the Nucular 24f are square wave. The wave form makes it smooth, so yes it's the Russian controller lol

@@CalmoOmlac I would never build a 5 watt bike. My current bike did 53 mph with a 53cc 4 stroke engine that goes 9300 rpm, on an older gear ratio. Was too slow out of turns so I geared it for 47 mph tops. My current bike isn't normal, neither would my bike built on a bet. Gotta keep the torque usable, so gear ratios play a big part. I see wheelies no matter what at 34:1 reduction on my current engine, so I avoid going near that. I will yank a wheelie max throttle with my nexus 3 speed, but it's easy to keep planted and get near 50 mph in 3rd gear. If I use a new engine, would be geared to the point of almost pulling a wheelie on accident.

I didn’t know they had these events, I built myself a electric dirt bike from a comfort bike frame for the front suspension and two 1000w hub motors front and back with a 25amp battery. I have detachable baskets etc but it’s awesome

@@xcodydoe over 100mph. If I just use one front hub I can go 55mph. Bike weighs 100lbs and I weigh double that so it’s pulling 300lbs+ at 100mph
