26.38 seconds that’s my bmw behind the white prius. I was the fella struggling with my mental health that day I was the one who posted 3 weeks ago that I seen Daniel in Picadilly driving towards me and I was so excited that I wasn’t having a particularly good day mentally and seeing him completely change my day and put a massive smile on my face he gave me the 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 from his window. Arrr man got my self well me car in ashville weekly.

Watching Daniel’s journey from the start always in the yard and concerned about operational issues and slowly seeing him transition into a more “hands-off” leadership style is so refreshing. Hopefully he’s able work from home sometimes to make high level decisions which in turn gives him freedom of time and chances to “switch off” and enjoy other things in his life

In case you didnt know -The site in Maidstone under the railway arches does have 2 other means of access. One round passed NWK crossfit and the other opposite Jewsons under the offices.

You could always fix the picture frame temporarily to the ceiling so when you are laying on the sofa you can look up at it 😂

The height limit for an arch bridge is the minimum point of the bridge plus tolerance. If the cab is within height restrictions, you should be able to get the crane within the arch void(classed as being above bridge height as it wouldn't fit a full vehicle). Definitely do it on a case by case basis though.

Such a fantastic watch. Dan’s comments on Gary Speed brought a tear to my eye.

Daniel, this is the third weekly sign you announced there was news but no details - there have been comments about an article in a modern railways magazine looking forward to hearing the news you and the article alluded to. As I don’t read that magazine would be interested to hear the plans you have.

We've used a telehandler and a 13tonne machine for offloading tonne bags in restricted areas from a flatbed using pallet forks or 4 leg chains on the machine and a bag lifter or forks on the telehandler. Either option useful depending on heights and widths etc.

Let Terry manage the yard every day, his 100% capable and make him a full director! Workers like Terry are gold dust!

For bulk bag delivery in confined spaces you could use a man and an electric pallet fork like a grocery store or a miniature forklift and the roll on/roll off. Would be time consuming but could solve the issue.

Daniel! I’m a plasterer by trade and watching your men dot and dab pains me. You need a solid dab around the perimeter of each board to help reduce airflow around the hollow behind. It’s all to do with the air test they do at the end of the project. You should look into it
