@@boss-anova I really got to question how much this is true. I mean if a police officer literally tells you something is against the law, I don't think he's allowed to lie in that case. Or similarly they're not allowed to tell you something is legal and all right when it's totally illegal and wrong. Otherwise it would just be Anarchy if you can't trust the people who are paid to uphold the law about what is and isn't legal. Obviously this cop needs to be fired for trying to conceal his illegal activity. This wasn't a lie that can be excused because he specifically states it's a recent raw that has passed.

In my younger years, i used to work alot of graveyard shifts. Driving home, I used to pass through a lot of police checkpoint’s. Never was afraid to go through em because I had no reason to be. But this one time they told me to pull over. So I did. The reason? They said my eyes looked red and glassy. I was shocked. I had no drugs on me nor did I do them. No alcohol either. Going home from a long shift at 3:00 in the morning, tired as heck, my eyes have the right to be red and glassy. I had on my uniform. That cop that was “suspicious” of my red eyes was one of the most arrogant people I’ve ever encountered. He had this smirk on his face that I’ll never forget. Clearly enjoyed the power trip. A few months later, my cop friend told me that the cop that pulled me over was let go.

THE SERGEANT. The sergeant, the one who was supposed to uphold the law to the highest degree as the senior officer on the scene was threatening to violate his right to record and threatening to arrest him without cause. This is not, NOT what the law enforcement system is set up to be, should be, or should accepted to be. This senior officer was going to illegally violate this man's rights on a whim, simply as an abuse of his authority, because he thought the driver wouldn't know better and he was going to bring false accusations against him. He was doing nothing wrong so the threat of arrest, illegal search, and violating his rights to record should be sanctioned against that officer by whatever state he is in. He should NOT BE AN OFFICER OF THE LAW BECAUSE HE DOESN'T UPHOLD THE LAW instead he goes around subjecting people he believes has no voice to abuse. When the man told him he was a lawyer he scoffed and said yea right and an uber driver right and laughed, it's when he asked him if he wanted to see his bar card all of a sudden he disappeared. This is so disturbing. These are the actions of a criminal gang not a force who's primary objective is to protect and serve.

I'm a white guy and have been through a couple of bad stops and both times I was asked if I knew that I was in a "known" drug area...uh, well sure, I've grown up and lived in this part of town all of my 53 years of life. Both times my vehicle was rifled through and left in a messed up state by officers. The first time I was let go when nothing was found...but the second time I REALLY screwed up and I knew it. No drugs were found again but that license plate frame that had the name of the college I attended was just a terrible violation of the law. I was given a "written warning" and told that I had to immediately remove it when I got home and not to drive with such a license plate frame... terribly dangerous... I didn't, and now I'm an outlaw, but "damn the torpedoes!" You'll never take me alive!

What type of punishment was taken? Not a damn thing they just went through the motions. How can corrupt police investigate corrupt police? That was a Sargent telling him that fake law and threatening him. This department needs to be dismantled and thoroughly investigated on their past actions with others. Police Training Rules 1. Make your first approach friendly to help victim to incriminate it own self. 2. Step #1 does not work. Then go aggressive talk and intimidating. 3. Make sure you guys are more polices as witnesses that way any violation of the victim rights cant be use against you in court (thats why their trained to pull you over in dark lonely roads so you have 0 witnesses to help you prove anything they say). 4. Bring more officers make sure theres no evidence so you can then do whatever you want depending of the situation. 5. If victim looks poor and with a criminal record then you can abuse and brake he's laws since there is a very low chance this victim can afford for an attorney. Still be careful as a police remember your literally violating he's rights. And thats some of the training the Police get. At Least thats what a Lawyer told me!
