That is such a fun rendition of this song. And love the animation! Tim is perfect for the narrating of this song. You will also enjoy the live version by Ray Stevens. I know you have done a few of his songs already. I saw online that Ray Stevens loved what Home Free did with this song.

Oh it was a fun one. I hadn’t heard of the earlier song and this was so funny and Tim’s voice was perfect for it. All the cartoon characters we saw mostly growing up. His parents were the Jetsons and the little boy was close to looking like Bam Bam from the Flintstones. Just really fun!!! 🤣😄

It was really fun. And looking at it again it's obvious with the cartoons. :)

You said the man looked like George Jetson. The woman looked like Jane Jetson also. The title at the beginning was styled after The Simpsons. Sister Bertha looked like one of the teachers on a cartoon called Recess.

😊😊..I had all of Ray Stevens music records, of which, this is just one of the many comical hilarious tunes he wrote and sang..Tim did a good job here..hope you look into Ray Stevens music further..it's likely over 50 plus years old..😂😂

@@ThalesMusicCorner Ray Stevens had a fabulous singing voice as well. Check out his version of Everything Is Beautiful.

Although Ray Stevens is best known for his novelty songs ("Sittin' Up with the Dead", "Along Came Jones" among them), he also has a gorgeous album of gospel songs, his hit "Everything is Beautiful" and his rendition of "Misty" is unforgettable. I love this video - it's so creative and just plain fun! If you've never seen their video "Crazy Life (the Lego video)' it's amazing!
