Their posture is perfect, both male and female. Since I am retired Army and was Airborne, my vertebrae T7 and T12 compressed 50% and I can no longer stand up straight…you have to appreciate a dancing style performed flawlessly. Chest out and shoulders back. 🫡

I would not go that far buddy to say they are the most beautiful. Yes, Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Polish and Scandinavian women are prettier. But in terms of character, I would go for a Kavkaz lady.

Men and women are in total harmony. These dance moves and choreography reflects the role and part of each sex in their society. Mutual respect, honoring each other and becoming one together. They are not clashing, competing with each other or not trying to prove which one is more important or better. Total opposite of what we have in the USA.

Does anyone knows what region in Russia this dance is from. It's a beautiful dance and the ladies have class and dress like a real ladies and the gentlemen are good dancers and very handsome. In Turkey, we love Kavkaz dances. It is in our blood. We have millions of people with Kavkaz origin who emigrated to Turkey at different periods in history. And we controlled this region for couple of hundred years during Ottoman times. Some of best soldiers in Ottoman army came from Kavkaz.
