Cattle Drive Gone Wrong!
Үй жануарлары мен аңдар
Today, we are herding cattle across the Arizona Strip! The cattle have been living on the desert for the last 6 months. Its time to round them up and bring them home.

I love the way these good cow horses just pin their ears and get to work when chasing down a cow. They're amazing at their job. Then the second the cow is roped, their ears instantly go forward, getting ready for their next job.

I was amazed at how smart the cows are. They'll deliberately go under and around trees, knowing it's harder for the horse and rider to follow under the low branches, and they tangle the ropes around dead trees on purpose. What a job! It's incredible to watch these men and horses at work on an old-timey cattle drive.

@@ElveeKaye I know right! Clearly this herd is smarter (and faster! lol) than the average herd. You're right, It's truly amazing to watch and see how smart both the cattle (and horses) are.

This has always been my dream job sadly I've gotten to sick to ride but watching your video still brings me joy
By far one of the funniest adventures and craziest cattle drives I’ve ever been a part of!! 😅
Great job! Brilliant! Loved the part where you had Jim Carrey in the background...died laughing!
Stuck in the city for College. This stuff keeps me going.
Been waiting for yall to post keep up the good work
I would love to work with you guys at some point. Trying to get into cattle driving but finding jobs has been rough the last while. Your work is extremely inspiring! Keep doing what you are doing!

For starters, go to the event called Pony Penning Days on Chincoteague Island in Virginia, and buy yourself one or two foals that you can raise and train for this task. Also, see about getting yourself a bitless bridle, and a Charro Saddle, and you’re all set up ready to go.
If it had paid enough to support my family I would have never stopped
I find this work with the horses so exciting.
This reminds me of my dad so much. He's been gone a long time, but it's not hard to bring up memories. Just pretty damn painful. Cowboy, Marine, Husband, Dad. I love you, I miss you. ❤
Keep it up the video’s arre amazing to watch and the editing is amazing whif the background of the mountains ❤
Great video! Love the videos y’all guys post. It’s all about making memories no matter how hard it is!❤❤❤
Can you post videos more often please ❤ but I still love you guys videos ❤❤

I love how care so much for the horses
Amazing cowboys but super amazing horses x
My friend thank you for posting a vid and not ranting about not seeing a new post
Hard and dangerous work for man and horse and dogs. Every time I heard a rope zing I remembered how many cowboys I have seen missing parts of their fingers. Sitting in the saddle, riding hard and seeing your horse's ears pinned as you run down a cow, becoming a team of one...that is what it's all about!
Love your Videos❤❤
My family has two cattle ranches down in Arizona. I would go down to Arizona 2 times a year for the round ups. The two ranches are on the other sides of a plateau so we’d move the cattle to the east in the spring and west ranch in the fall. Since I was a toddler I would participate in the round up. I tipped my first calf at the age of six and I loved it. I have some really good memories of the round ups. My favorite is when a big old calf got lose in the branding corral. My brother and I had to jump onto the fence in order not to get trampled.
Man that's a coven of crazy cantankerous cows. Llike my pappy used to say "work with em long enough ya understand why we eat em". LMFAO 😂😆
Love your content, so glad for another video, will keep looking for more!

Awesome video watched from beginning to end
It's tough moving cows without their calves. It's tough moving calves that far. We have had good luck moving pairs with a stock trailer following to load the weak calves along the way.
Good work guys!!!!
Them are some good horses ya’ll got!! Hard work but good times!! ❤❤

My ol' pappy used to say: If you can't tie a knot... Tie a lot...
The real cowboys on this cattle drive are the men on foot!
That’s Jim carry part had me thinking I was going crazy
Hard job, but you seem to enjoy it. Great vid, and good work!
Those Corrientes are brutal ! Another awesome video !

Therefore, the best horse breed to use when working with Corrientes would have to be a horse breed of equal size, and under the circumstances, only the Chincoteague Pony fits the bill. Afterall, they both have Spanish bloodlines because their ancestors were brought here by Christopher Columbus on his second voyage in 1493. Furthermore, we need to get more breeders of Corrientes interested in using Chincoteague Ponies for riding mounts in cattle herding.
Fire and keep up work
Giddyup horsey..ride’em cowboy
Pendleton whiskey, yes folks‼️‼️🤓
The horses are so fearless❤😍
Very heavy vid! No garbage language, positive attitudes. I've shown horses a good number of decades and this "session" only solidifies my admitting to be yet!....just another drug store cowboy. THANKS!!!
Are you going to try to catch the wild Mustang loved every moment of it and your chanel
Can yall do a gear break down for us? Gloves, ropes, jackets, chaps, saddle bags. The whole 9 yards. Show us your mount and you, show us what all is carried and why for a tough range day
This is my favorite episode to date.
I haven't seen anything from you guys in a long time glad your back keep them coming. Also did you guys ever catch that mustang that kept getting away??
I love y'all.. y'all r the best and I hope I can see all y'all 1 day
Man your positive attitude is infectious ! I don't have cows but i ride horses, and how do you tie the rope to stop the cow ? Is it tight to the saddle ? Your saddle strap must be hella tight then ?! Thanks for sharing your lifestyle and greetings from France 🤘

Think about visiting the Virginia area of Chincoteague Island near the coast one of these days for the big July event known as Pony Penning Days when the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company swims the ponies across the channel to Chincoteague Island from neighboring Assateague Island. A good Chincoteague Pony foal raised as a stud stallion would be worth its weight in gold bullion.
Never worked corritets until I went to South Central Texas. Nothing like beef cattle When you work corvettes, gotta work hem like jack rabbits hard and fast. Wingmen, flankmen, and hard charging dragmen keep em moving and not brushing up.
