Not always. I used to have a male cat who was NOT neutered and he would go out into the snow; he didn't care. He loved being out and about.

"Hyoomin! The Outside is broken! Fix it!"

My cat takes one step in snow then runs back inside for the winter.

On the first day it snowed I would read "Katy and the Big Snow" to all classes, K - 6th. It's not only a prize winning book ... children loved the tradition. I recommend it. Retired school librarian

I love this. ❤ My cats were lucky enough to see snow when they were both still kittens (brother and sister). 😊 They were so excited and kept chirping at it while it was falling; it was so cute. We don't get snow very often here, so it was really nice, and I thought it was very special that they got to see it at such a young age.

I mean, I'm from Indonesia so I can't tell how cold snow is to be honest with you. I mean, I know that a lot of people say that states in the US like Minnesota are really cold in winter and all that, but I don't know how it feels like because I've never touched snow or even saw one in person before. By the way, Indonesia is a tropical country, that's why we don't have 4 seasons. We only have 2 and that is sunny and rain.

Cats are awesome. Cats + snow= pure entertainment.

Cat is the wierdest animal on the planet Earth, what I mean was.. they're cute and they never know that they was cute so all their movement catch our heart it's not easy to leave them alone haha

Although these are fun to watch, people NEED to remember that a cat's PAWS are quite sensitive! When they have that delicate layer of skin on that snow/ice, it can cause them hell just like it does us. So let them have fun if they want, but do it sparingly!

The dog at 3:30 smacking the cats head in the snow then running off got me good lol

The cat near the end that jumped up in the air to catch a snowflake and then ran away with a hump in its back was the best. But the dark grey cat at the end was the coolest cat. That cat reminds me of my childhood cat named Midnight. Kudos !!! 👍😃

Makes me miss darling Tigger... she was such a good kitty. Always made sure to bang on the hood of my car, just to be sure she wasn’t sleeping in the wheel wells. Which happened when I’d come home late.

On top of that, they've been caught having their people drive around with the euthanized animals and dumping them into garbage dumpsters behind commercial businesses like restaurants. Properly disposing of animal carcasses costs money, dontcha know.

I remember 2 years ago it snowed in Texas and we managed to build a snow man when he was only few months old and he ran into the snow man it was hilarious should have recorded it

@@SusanKay- That is precious. My persian "Mr King" never likes the outdoors, I can literally leave the door open in front of him and he will not take a step out. So I hope the snow will help him like the outside a bit but I could be wrong. Now my himalayan will go out no problem, I will have to keep an eye on him though. He is a bit wild and may try to make a run for the boarder... Oddly though it seems this year will be a late winter for us in Columbus. Some say it is 20 degrees warmer this year than the norm. We had some snow early November but it never got more that like an inch or two on the ground. I want to toss them into a foot or two... 8)

Thank GOD daily for Mr King, he is my heart. I can not wait to see his head popping out of the powdery snow, his head is white with the spuds black spot over his eye. It is raining outside atm... WISH IT WAS SNOWING! lol

@@SusanKay- I also have found that the male kitties are my favorite as well though I do like his sister whom my ex has. Mr King is a beautiful boy and yes he sticks to me, stays on my desk all day and all night. It is quite a task keeping a keyboard and him in perfect balance. Wish I had some travel tips for you. Leo went up to Ohio early with my mother and I hear he did well but Mr King was crying most of the way. Only time he did not cry was the last leg of the trip when he went under the seat and fell asleep. Think he cried himself to sleep.. I am so very lucky to have him though, it has been a rough year for me and I do not know what I would do without him. He is a big blessing to my heart and sanity.
