Right. I had a stressful day yesterday, taking my cat for his check up and booster and told he’s very overweight. His heart teeth ears etc everything is fine but he’s overweight. I’ve shared to 3 people already to enjoy. There’s hardly any snow where I am, this thickness is a thing of the past.

That yard, the snow, all kinds of friends to play with, plenty of good food to eat, it must be like heaven on Earth to a cat 😺. Can't thank you enough for all you do Walter.

My old cat used to behave just like your princess. He would walk down the garden in the snow, but he would shake the snow off his paws with every single step. Lift paw, shake, put paw down. Took him ages to go anywhere. 😄 😄

This sort of reminded me of the terrible cold we had here in Texas last February. I went to feed extra food to the community cats I care for and they were playing, some were in the shelter area but they appreciated the extra food and fresh water. Their bowls of water had frozen. They need more food calories to keep warm. Thankfully they all did fine. We had neutered the whole colony so don't have any kittens this season.

genuinely, the amount of care this person gives to every single one of these cats (and even just the cats that show up once or twice!) makes me so happy. its so rare that i find something so pure and heartwarming that just getting a notification of a new video brightens my day. you're doing a wonderful service and i want to commend you for taking excellent care of all of these cats!!! theyre all very good cats and seeing them happy makes ME happy :]

These cats remind me of children playing around water. They run and play like crazy, take a break for a drink and a snack, and then carry on playing until they collapse from tiredness. This was so special - thank you ❤️!

@Ellie5621 I think that is exactly why heated/heat-reflecting blankets come w/a warning that an animal should ALWAYS have the option to lie somewhere else (never have the heated surface take up the whole crate/kennel if you plan to close the door).

@Ellie5621 I bought two for my cats...at this time of the year I have to take it off their favourite spots. I can see it’s getting too hot for them...they’re on it for a while and they change spots. Very good quality. Mine is around £20/22 the most. Love heated floors, one just know that they can find warmth whenever they need it. I used to live in a flat with heated floors, it’s really great. I wished I could afford to have them...Walter Santi channel is such a joy to watch. It’s ideal.

Cats have been living INSIDE with humans since Egypt. All cat experts know that cats are dangerous to local ecosystems (they kill indiscriminately and don’t even eat their kill, meaning less food for other predators). You don’t think this is a big deal? What if every one of your neighbors let their cat outside? You’d never see a bird again, and perhaps you’ll never see your cat again. The outside is dangerous to your cat with cars, sick wild animals. AND OTHER CATS. If you think your cat will be “sad” or “bored” then you weren’t prepared to have a cat to begin with.

@@knucklesskinner253 In case you didn't notice, their outside access is also safely enclosed in front. In back they maintain shelter for a couple who remain there and for occasional visitors surviving on the streets. You exaggerate the "dangerous destructiveness" of cats. Such exaggerations have led to the removal (extermination) of cats in "sensitive environments" resulting in devastation to those environments and usually the desperate reintroduction of cats to curb the far more destructive effects of rats and other species. We are not the only ones cats help by rat/mouse removal. While I want my own cats safely protected, I respect the feral populations and greatly honor the work of many in catch-and-release programs including vaccinations and neutering, and strongly condemn "people" who abandon pets to starvation/poisoning/elements/predators/traffic/etc. You would be more effective if you were more reasoned and less one-sided.

So enjoyed watching these cats playing in the snow. I live in Canada, where in my area we get snow for 5 -6 months of the year. My cats have passed away and I miss them very much. So good to see Walter having fun too! Thank you!

The cat houses, bowls of food and water, plus the way traders in the markets give treats to the cats like a small fish from a stall. I think the people of Istanbul love their cats!

Cats (and dogs) are truly a gift to us. They remind us to stop and just enjoy life. Cats make me smile.🐈

I never seen cats showing so much love in snow!! They are enjoying the white stuff!! They have their own pathways into the snow to chase and play!! 😍

Yes, what I like about the filming, he never interferes with what their activities but the occasional laugh of course. The cats all adore him, ready to play for him. My 2 cats hated me taking photographs of them...they turn away, walk away .......

@@H_A_L_7 If you can stick a bit of their fav food / toy on the camera that can help. Or wear a hat with a large brim, and a dangly toy / food hanging from the brim, so they look at it - it looks like they are looking at camera. You get great respect because you do Not force them. :)
