I have a pure bred registered Bombay. I inherited her from a lady who's health was sadly in decline and could no longer take care for her. She was 4 when I got her & she'll turn 13 in Feb:) My other Cats' a 7 yr old Ragamuffin/Domestic mix. He's a huge longhaired Tux, very beautiful, but a spoiled brat 🤣 I've had him since he was a kitten from a rescue. Pure breeds and Mixed breeds are ALL amazing and all Cats' are like living works of art!

I know this is VERY old but I have a Scottish Fold cat. His name is Sky and I'm thinking of adopting a second cat in the near future.

I adopted my Trouble from the shelter in June of this year At first I thought he might be a Russian blue mix due to his coat But as he got older his eyes didn’t change and his head shape didn’t get that wedge shape that Russians are known for His eyes are also not green but are like a brownish yellow (light amber) I’m led to believe that he may be Chartreux mix due to his eyes, his smile, his personality and his double coat He’s also extremely quiet I have had him for some time and have only heard his meow today And boy is it loud and deep! He’s such a good cat More like a dog with how playful, loving and affectionate he is, especially with my 1 year old twins

I have only ever had moggies - non-pedigree cats from friends or shelters. All cats are great.

My sweet kitty is a black American short hair, and he has been my best buddy for years. If someone offered me a billion dollars for him, I'd politely ask them to share their money with someone in need, but my kitty is my best friend forever 🐱❤

My current cat is a Chocolate (lynx) tabby Himalayan. She is also registered in the UK as a colourpoint Persian. She is my seventh Persian. Previously I have had a blue smoke, black smoke, cream shell cameo, black and white (tuxedo), classic red tabby, and cream tabby and white. I have stuck with this breed as I like their temprement. They are calm and even tempered who bond well with people who they like to study so that they may eventualy understand them.😉

Pixiebobs are known to be dog-like in their behavior. Many of them show an affinity for playing in water, walking on leashes, and I had one that even played fetch.

I have a Korat cat. She is very curious and inquisitive about everything., but very intelligent. She is also very affectionate. Prior to this, I had a Maine Coon cat. They are called gentle giants for a reason. Sydney was very affectionate. Both of these cats were strays, and I'm very fortunate to have shared part of my life with them. The biggest drawback with having a pet is that we outlive them, and there comes the time when their lives come to an end, leaving us with a broken heart. But I'll never regret having my furry friends with me.

Classic tabby, meekong bobtail?

Can someone please tell me if you have any ideas what my cat might be he his big ( not fat just long and weighs 5.7 kg) has a few long hairs but has a tabby and white pattern . He is very calm, affectionate and lazy. Please let me know if you think you might know what he is.

Our cat is number 36 and is a Ragdoll. Her name is Marilyn. She is a docile cat and very affectionate. In the world of humans, she is a head turner.

My cat breed is Scottish Doll- ragdoll and Scottish fold mix. Cream fluffy ragdoll coat with semi folded ears

How about European shorthair and European Longhair?? I think the European shorthair is probably the most common breed in all Europe and its not even mentioned.

I’ve got 7 cats left from the 9 I had. Two sadly passed away. I have 2 British Shorthair One Blue and the other Cream both have copper eyes. I have Four Burmese, 2 Milk chocolate with dark chocolate points face and tail. One dark brown and a blue Burmese.Then I have one left of the two Malayan cats I had. A cross between a Burmese and a Chinchilla - giving the body of the Burmese and the silky coat of the Chinchila, The one I’ve got left is a self coloured dark brown. His sister who died with cancer and heart disease was Ticked with a silver under coat.

Thanks for asking. Tortoiseshell cats (torties) are not considered tabby cats. Tabby cats have a distinctive striped or spotted pattern on their fur, while tortoiseshell cats have a mottled mix of two colors, usually black and orange.
