Hello I would like to compare a greenspeed magnum XL with the max. The Magnum XL has a seat with many positions. Which has the widest and most comfortable seating position? Can you make a video comparing the two?
You can get the XXL boom but can you put Bosch mid drive on that boom ??
Very interesting cat trike max. $3550.99 way way out of my league. I'm a Viet Nam vet, senior citizen on a very fixed income. I'm jUst going to have to make my Sunseeker echo tad keep on working and trying to loose weight when my. Right shoulder replacement finishes healing.

Keep riding and losing the weight. I lost 50 lbs in about 4 months. You can do it :)
Can someone explain what determines how much weight a trike can handle? Is it the frame, is it the size of tire, is there a calculation for this? I’m new to the 3 wheel recumbent world. At 6’1, 300 lbs, wide shoulders, bike path, trail riding and speed. What am I looking for in a Trike?

Each manufacture determines weight limit based on machine testing. The frame material and design is the largest factor.
Is there any news on whether or not they’re going to have a folding mechanism?

Considering Catrike's "Get it right the first time" style, the MAX will not become a folding model. However the Dumont, 5.5.9, and Trail are folding models. If you need a trike with a 400lb+ weight limit that also folds, check out the Magnum XL by GreenSpeed.
