One of the worst experience myself and later found few other customers also had was from an interior firm based in Cochin called- Black and White Interiors headed by a sweet talker Cyriacc. Only uses substandard materials and inferior workmanship. Never believe his verbal assurances. I lost my hard earned money and now correcting / repairing from one end to the other.

സർ താങ്കളുടെ ഒരു വീഡിയോ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. വളരെ വിഷമത്തിലാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ വിഷയം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് പഴയ കാലത്തെ നിലം നികത്തിയ ഭൂമിയിലാണ് ഞാൻ വീട് വെച്ചത് സധാരണ പ്പെട്ടവനായ ഞാൻ പണി കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് കൊടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. പണി കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വീടിന്റെ ചുമരുകളിലെ പെയിന്റ് പൊള്ളി ഇളകുവാനും ചുമരിലെ പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിംഗ് കൈയ്യ് കൊണ്ട് തടവുമ്പോൾ കൊഴിഞ്ഞ് വീഴുവാനും തുടങ്ങി. തുടങ്ങി. അതു എങ്ങനെയെങ്കിലും പരിഹരിക്കണമെന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു. ഒരു ടീമിനെ water proofing ചെയ്യ് ക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത്. അത് പരിഹാരം ആകുമെന്ന് കരുതി പക്ഷെ ഒരു വർഷം തികയുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് പഴയത് പോലെ ദിത്തികളിൽ നിന്നും പെയിന്റ് പൊളിഞ്ഞ് ഇളകുവാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിരികുന്നു. ഇതിന് എന്താണ് പ്രതിവിധി. പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിംഗിന് എം സാന്റൊ ണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ഒന്നുകിൽ അത്‌ വാളിൽ plastering ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച chemical ന്റെ ആകാം water contect കൂടിപ്പോയാലും ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കാറുണ്ട്

വളരെ സത്യം ആണ്. BWP PLY ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് വളരെ കുറവാണ്.

Thanks for this video on interior fraud, I am in the process of finalising a vendor for doing my kitchen and wardrobe. Since it is lockdown I was only able to get 3 quotes and about to finalize on a Kottayam based interior design team who has come to me as genuine. I want to know if I share the details with you will you be able to verify and let me know. I was not aware of full and partial Gregorian in 710 marine ply. Thanks for your input on it and with respect to warranty do you think the design team will be able to provide for the materials or get it directly from the brands.

@@DrInterior no brother. We have already done interior with marine ply in painted finish. It's been around 4 years. What I'm asking is whether we can stick mica on it or not. The problem is some kind of white powder is coming from the edges of ply.

എനിക്ക് വളരെ useful ആയി.കാരണം ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീട് പണി നടന്നോണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇനി കപ്പ്ബോർഡ് work മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ. രണ്ടു ദിവസമായി യൂട്യൂബ് search ചെയ്തു ഓരോ material നെ കുറിച്ചും മനസിലാക്കി note ചെയ്തു വച്ചു. അപ്പോഴാണ് സർ ന്റെ ഈ വീഡിയോ കാണുന്നത്. വളരെ വളരെ നന്ദിയുണ്ട് സർ. പറ്റിക്കപ്പെടാൻ സാധ്യത ഉള്ള point പറഞ്ഞു തന്നതിൽ thanks. ഞങ്ങൾ kitchen slab, ferrocement ആണ് ചെയ്തത്. ഇതിനു door ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുമോ

ഇല്ല ferro സിമന്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നത് നല്ല contractors ആണെങ്കിൽ, അവർ നന്നായി തന്നെ ചെയ്യും,door ചെയ്യും problem ഉണ്ടാവാറില്ല dont worry 👍

Sir പറഞത് വളരെ ശരിയാണ്. ഞാൻ എന്റ്റീരിയർ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയുന്ന ആളാണ്. റേറ്റിൽ കുറയുമ്പോൾ മീറ്റിരിയൽ ഖളിറ്റിയിലും വർക്ക്‌ ഖളിറ്റിയിലും വരെ കുറവ് വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്‌. കാസ്റ്റമർ ഒന്ന് ശ്രദിച്ചാൽ ഇത് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും. എല്ലാ മീറ്റിരിയലിലും വർക്ക്‌ ചെയുന്ന ഒരാളെ തന്നെ വർക്ക്‌ ഏല്പിക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമികുക.
