Hi sir ഇതിൽ ചില കാര്യം കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താ മായിരുന്നു . ഭാവിയിൽ ഫെറോസിമൻ്റ് ഇളക്കി മാറ്റിയാൽ ടൈൽ ചുമർ ഇവിടെ എല്ലാം വലിയ പാച്ച് വർക് വേണ്ടിവരും.മുഴുവനായും അലുമിനിയം ഓർ ply,multi woodil ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇത് ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. Ply wood wardrob we ratil ഒതുങ്ങാൻ വഴിയില്ല.വാർദ്രോബിൽ mirror, hanging റോഡ്,drawer ,lock ഒക്കെ വേണം, പിന്നെ ഒരു ഐഡിയ ചിതലിനെ ഒഴിവാക്കാനും screw holding capacity കൂട്ടാനും , ചുമരിനും നിലത്തിനും മുട്ടുന്ന ബാഘത്ത് multi ഉബായോഗിക്കുകയും top inner partitions പുറത്തേക്ക് കാണുന്ന side ഇവിടെ എല്ലാം ply/MDF ഉബായോഗിക്കുകയും ആവാം.

Plywood താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ റേറ്റ് ആണെങ്കിൽ പോലും 5 ഷീറ്റ് സമം 160 sq ft വരും... അതിന് 95 രൂപ ആണെങ്കിൽ അതിന് മാത്രം 15000 രൂപയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആകും.... മെറ്റീരിയൽ കോസ്റ്റ് തന്നെ നല്ല വ്യത്യാസം വരും
