Thank you to the Presenter Sindhu for her enthusiasm n thank you to Rev Fr Ignatius Yeo, Professor of Liturgy n Parish Priest for his informative explanations. Thoroughly enjoyed this Episode.🙏👏👍👌💖
As a Catholic, I am familiar with the rituals during Easter Vigil. In fact I also sing in the choir along with many talented choristers. Watching this video moved me to tears of joy seeing fellow Catholics as well as new Christians baptized in the faith celebrating the resurrection of Christ. I hope someday I can visit church of St. Anthony in Singapore.Thank you.

This video is an eye opening experience. Thank you for filming! I have learnt something new about Catholicism in Singapore.👍
Glory to God in the Highest! What a wonderful video. The Catholic Church is home.
Fr Ignatius is very knowledgeable and explained things beautifully.
⛪thank you and bless you dear Sindhu. Congratulations for giving us so much in such a short space of time. I learnt about the symbolism of the bees'wax candle, the wick and the flame only today. Never too late to to learn and grow in knowledge and truth. 🌺🙏
The important core of the Catholic faith are its precepts and beliefs. God loves you. Everyone of us, even those of us who feel we are unlovable. He has a plan for you as his beloved child. Ritual and symbolism are just the accumulation of 2000 years of tradition.
For us Catholics, we believe that God is the primary cause of our salvation, and our cooperation with the sanctifying and actual grace of God for us to live a holy life, is the secondary cause. Matthew 5:48 - "48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
What joy on Easter!
Amen
The congregation renews their Baptismal Vows, after which the priest will then sprinkle them with Holy Water.
