@@zalatanibra3319 at this point I'm starting to think it's gonna happen. Traditional auto companies are grudgingly moving to electric power trains and Tesla is going global and is expanding their supercharger network. I could see a day in next few years when we have more superchargers than gas stations. Tesla's cars will be smarter and sleeker and have be positioned to charge for more services than any other competitor. Not to mention the Model 3 will become more profitable over time, allowing an entry point to a broad range of incomes. We may be seeing a virtual monopoly in electric cars with Tesla being the winner.

@@matasuki I think I'm with you on that. There has never been a company so diversified and so disruptive as Tesla. All normal rules of predicted growth go out the window.

@@zalatanibra3319 yeah I forgot about the robotaxi/ride share thing completely. Uber and Lyft are literally one Elon away from being disrupted. I was skeptical that Tesla would hit $1000 before 2021 and I got out at around 800 earlier this year. I'll probably jump back in after Elon tweets something to crash the stock back to $1500s.

IN AUGUST CATHIE SOLD $166,000,000 DOLLARS OF TESLA AT $1800. $1900 AND $2000 BECAUSE TESLA IS RUNNING VERY LATE ON SELF DRIVE TECHNOLOGY... SO SHE SAID THE FAIR VALUE OF TESLA STOCK DROPPED TO $1500 SO SHE TOOK PROFIT FROM PEOPLE TOO PRO TESLA... (THE SUCKERS) SHE IS SMART MONEY. GLAD I HAVE LARGE POSITIONS IN ALL HER ETFS. BUT ARKG....... much less Gene therapy is going to take a long time. I decided to go heavier with the money in ARKW , ARKk, AND ARKF BUT I DID PUT $1K IN ARKQ

If you take one thing out of this video, Cathy says one thing that I truly believe in for long term investment is "The winner is going to be that company with the most data, and the highest quality data and the best AI techniques and expertise. " Great video and interview.

Investing in genomics companies today is like donating money to find the cure for cancer and other diseases but making money for it at the same time. Investing in Tesla is the same. It's incredible. Unlike buying shares in Coke and helping people get addicted to sugar.

I remember going to a church when I was young, he pastor was very controlling and tried to sway his congregation to vote the way he wanted. He also talked about investing in Coke, which even then I knew was very bad for people.

@@eggssm ARKW,...new internet, ARKK and ARKF..... Fintech..... disruption of banks via Square..... ARKQ robots and batteries own a share but this is about 2 years off into the future. and ARKG is about 3 years off into the future...... but these to funds are up 150%+ over the last 5 years.. ARKW 320%, ARKK 310% over last five.... your money is safer with ARK than holding in the Nasdaq etf QQQ. .......

I find people get surprised when I share how easily I manage my stock portfolio and accounts, they think tirelessly at it. Truth is I leave the numbers and all my trade affairs to Licensed pro analyst Mr Noud mika, 4 years ago in 2017 when I started investing in stock&bond I partnered with a Financial advisor/Portfolio manager Mr Noud mika, he suggested I bought some stocks that he knew would yield valuable profits and he also forecasted that these companies will triple their net-worth in a space of 4 years.I did not regret taking he's advice because I've made over $860 in raw profits over the years.I started with $80k back then. Since then his been handling all my trades for me

You make it sound easy. I've been trading for a while and coming across licensed pros from a good source like this isn't easy you know. Most rich folks don't recommend their broker to others. Kathy is smart but she's ill informed and passed on info relevant to AI and Big Data saying essentially they're so far in front of all others which is not the case. GM VW TM Hundai Honda and other legacy market leaders will begin very concerted powerful moves very soon dampening the Tesla hype to a trickle by comparison to what it is today, IMO.

Thanks for a great interview with Cathie Wood. I've been listening to her for a while, but I think this interview was especially informative. I have invested in each of ARK funds, but after listening to Cathie's explanation about Genomics I realize that I should increase my ARKG holdings a bit more. I really enjoyed hearing about Cathie's background and her career path. Her open-source approach to market analysis sets ARK apart. I'd like to see ARK start an alternative energy fund too. TAN has done extremely well, but I don't believe it is actively managed like ARK ETFs are. It would be interesting to ask Cathie if she has any plans for additional ETFs that ARK is considering introducing in the future.

The other good point is that when Tesla starts its driven ride hailing service, this is going to further lead to an increase in sales and market share. Getting "butts in seats" Getting more people in the car and experiencing it, will make more realize how incredible it is and bring on more sales and spread the word even more.

They do need to figure out how to get people in the vehicles and it be affordable. Our economic system is against them, but there stock still keeps going up.

I think the successors over at Berkshire Hathaway -- as well as portfolio managers with other fund companies -- are wishing they had the freedom to pursue the disruptive innovation theme. With the ownership of Apple, BH has some exposure. Ark owns Apple in its Fintech (a 4% holding) and Next Generation Internet (1% holding) funds.

I've made great profits on ARKQ and ARKK, thank you so much Cathy! 😊❤️️
